We are pleased to introduce to you hand poured, richly scented, soy & palm wax candles made locally here in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia,
through a fund raising program for your local school or organization. When you have had enough of the chocolates, consider a locally owned and
made product of warmth and country cheer. From fresh fruity scents to decadent warm kitchen aromas, a Gooseberry Hill Candle fundraiser is
perfect no matter what the season! Candles are no longer just for special occasions, they can make everyday, every home and every office
special to the senses.
Our fundraiser candles are the same high quality soy & palm wax candles that we retail. You will sell your candles at our suggested retail prices
and keep up to 50%.

What exactly will we be selling?
Your group will be selling our top 2 candle sizes in our most popular candle scents, (or feel free to choose your own selection of scents),
up to 12 assorted from our very large range. We can also offer our Mini Melt Tin Tie Bags which are one of our best sellers.
*The Small Apothecary Jar is approximately a 140g container soy / palm wax candle and has an approximate burn time of 20 - 25 hours.
*The Large Apothyecary Jar is approximately a 280g container soy / palm wax candle and has an approximate burn time of 40 - 50 hours.
*Mini Melt Tin Tie Bags for melt / oil burners. Approximately 250g of Mini Melts for your burner.
How do we arrange to sell Gooseberry Hill Candles for our fundraiser?
1. Decide when you would like to do the fundraiser - a start date and end date. As well as how long you will be selling the candles
(2 - 3 weeks of selling works well for most groups).
2. After receiving the number of total sellers you will have participating, we will supply you with order forms and sample kits.
For groups under 20, we will supply you with sample kits to use. For larger groups you may purchase candles at wholesale cost to
display or we will send a few sample kits for the group to share. Sample kits are free to use but you will be charged $10 for each kit not returned.
3. After receiving order forms and sample kits (if requested) the fundraiser can begin. Candles MUST sell for our suggested prices and no less.
4. After sale, you need to send us the tallied up order with payment allowing 3-4 weeks for us to fill the order. Do not send the individual
order forms for us to tally up if you are going with the 50% option, or we will assume that you want us to sort the orders, and you will only
receive 40% profit! We need a final total of each fragrance if you are going with the 50% option. A tally sheet should have been included with
your order forms and sampler kits.
*Please note due to increasing costs bags are no longer included with any of our fundraisers, however bags may be purchased for .30 each.
Just let us know if you will be needing bags so we can have those ready to go with your order.
Delivery of your fundraiser is your responsibility. We will deliver all completed orders to the co-ordinator at your organisation for you to distribute from there.
